Our Team

Experienced Professionals

We have a staff with a cumulative estimating experience of over 100 years. We employ full-time professional estimators, quantity take-off interns, and a business manager/administrative assistant. All of our senior full-time estimators have a relevant college education and at least five years of experience in the construction industry and/or the professional construction cost consulting/estimating field. We are a full-service practice; our in-house staff prepares estimates for all architectural and engineering disciplines, including mechanical, electrical and site development trades. Our estimates are prepared using state-of-the-art electronic take off software integrated with our custom designed MS Excel spreadsheets.

Martyn R. Blundall
President, Principal-in-Charge

Over 50 years of construction cost consulting experience. Martyn’s education consists of 5 years of education/training in England in the field of construction management, estimating, and quantity surveying.

Bryan Smedberg, CPE
Estimator/Senior Project Manager

Approximately 25 years of construction cost consulting experience. With an AS degree in Architectural Engineering Technology, Bryan is a Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) as issued by the American Society of Professional Estimators (originally issued 12/18/09).

Phillip Salisbury, CPE
Estimator/Senior Project Manager

Approximately 25 years of construction cost consulting experience. With a BS degree in Construction Engineering Technology/Construction Engineering, Phillip is a Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) as issued by the American Society of Professional Estimators (originally issued 12/30/09) and is also a LEED Accredited Professional.
