Our Mission Statement
Blundall Associates strives to provide an independent cost analysis by providing an objective review of project costs based on the construction market in the region in which the project is located without any preconceived ideas as to the optimum project design solutions. Our goal is to give building owners and designers an objective evaluation of design costs and design alternatives so that they may confidently proceed with their project.

Company History
Established in 1979 by Martyn R. Blundall, Blundall Associates is still providing services for many of our initial clients. Our Estimator/Project Managers, Bryan Smedberg and Phillip Salisbury, joined the company in the early 2000s. Since our inception, our business volume and client base has steadily increased year after year. We believe our steady growth can be attributed to the quality of our company and the services we continue to provide.

Approximately 25 years of construction cost consulting experience. With an AS degree in Architectural Engineering Technology, Bryan is a Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) as issued by the American Society of Professional Estimators (originally issued 12/18/09).
Over 50 years of construction cost consulting experience. Martyn’s education consists of 5 years of education/training in England in the field of construction management, estimating, and quantity surveying.
Approximately 25 years of construction cost consulting experience. With a BS degree in Construction Engineering Technology/Construction Engineering, Phillip is a Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) as issued by the American Society of Professional Estimators (originally issued 12/30/09) and is also a LEED Accredited Professional.
